(Name that episode and you get a digital cookie...it's chocolate chip) Ok, so I wanna share a major revelation I had this week 'cause god knows I don't need to leave it in my brain and my brain alone to collect dust, ha. As creators, as business owners - we are constantly trying to fit ourselves into the "success" formula and we're constantly TRYING SO HARD to make things happen. Like, "Ok, I have seen ____ do X so I'm going to do X and then I'll go viral" or, "How many reels do I need to post a week? How long should a YouTube video be? What's the most perfect way to create content to go viral?" We're constantly trudging through mud to try and make it happen and we're rarely, if ever, just trying to do it our own way and TRUSTING that it'll happen. I'm on a journey of learning more about manifestation and all the fun things around the Law of Attraction and everything that goes along with that and having this realization fit PERFECTLY into what I was learning around this in the woo woo type world. You want to make $10,000/mo making puppy videos on the internet? You can do that. AND, you don't have to do it just the perfect way that you were taught to do it. You want to get 200,000 YouTube subscribers? You can do that and you don't have to follow some formula. My revelation was basically, "If you love what you're doing and the content you're creating and you put that out into the world, it'll acheive whatever type of success you want it to."

Just because your followers are mostly fellow creators wanting to learn and business owners, doesn't mean you can't post a reel of your weekend antics or of you trying to learn how to skate (hint: I did that, it's FARKING hysterical, you should go watch it). THERE ARE NO RULES. We're tired of the f'ing rules. All of us just want to do what we want to do and have the success we want without the chains. And we can! So figure out what you want, take action towards that, and don't get distracted by the "well they do it this way"s and the "I need to do it that way"s, do it your way because your way is exactly the way you need to do things to make it all happen. YOU are the brand. YOU are the content. YOU get to the make the rules on how that looks. And that's SO freeing.
